Bio

Henriëtte´s interest in organizational behavior began over 25 years ago. In 1987, she wrote her thesis about organizational culture and change as part of her Masters degree from the University of Amsterdam. 

Henriëtte also attended the Institute of Integral Applied Psychology and School for Professional Writing in Amsterdam, where she studied prose and drama. 

In 2008-2009, she studied at Harvard University. Her coursework included: Gender and Leadership, Public Speaking and Shakespeare in Modern Culture. This study sabbatical gave her the opportunity to experiment with new leadership concepts. 

Henriëtte has lived and worked in Europe, the US and Africa, with her husband and children. She speaks English, French, Portuguese and her native Dutch.
