Henriëtte was part of a team that set up a training program to coach police chiefs on the subjects of leadership and personal integrity. After the sessions most participants felt: "refueled and inspired with more self knowledge."
This program has become a classic and has been repeated over the years. As a result Henriëtte has been invited to create additional leadership programs. The Police School of Leadership is a part of the Dutch Police Academy.
